Collaborating Across Disciplines

Cognitive Science is an inherently interdisciplinary approach to the study of cognitive systems, both natural and artificial, helping to answer a variety of questions relating to our interaction with the world. As such, CSL supports the integration of multi-disciplinary theories, methods, and tools in service of developing a richer understanding of research issues.

By partnering with units on campus such as the Departments of Computer Science, Economics, Communicative Disorders, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, and Instructional Systems, CSL enables collaborative research to develop and apply all manner of knowledge pertaining to human cognition.
